Stellenbeschreibung

- Lead supplier initiatives and offer comprehensive support to suppliers with their inquiries.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of supplier requirements, gather feature requests, and bolster supplier engagement.
- Assist the customer relations team in understanding customer needs and enhancing customer engagement.
- Join a small international english speaking team building high impact software for our users in the veterinary market.
- Responsible for initiating, driving and supporting cross-team efforts.

Anforderungen

- 3+ years of experience as Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in German and English, comfortable engaging with both customers and partners.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient and confident in utilizing CRM software and the MS Office suite.
