I am Anna Mária Vásárhelyi, , a new graduate veterinarian from Hungary. I am interested in job opportunities abroad.
Throughout my life, I have been exposed to the responsible care of various animals, I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, turtles and fish. I am deeply immersed in the world of horses, having actively ridden for years.
I love animals very much, I like to tend to them and participate in their treatment and care. I have applied the knowledge I have gained at the university and beyond to making sure the care of my family’s and my own animals receive is as good as possible for years.
Currently I live with two dogs and I am also interested in farm anilmal medicine.
I believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

MY PERSPECTIVE	I am committed to ensuring that all animals are kept and fed according to their needs for optimal health and disease prevention. That is why I have been feeding my own dogs a raw diet that I have prepared for them since they were puppies.
I am constantly expanding my knowledge in this field, regularly reading books and articles, and I have also participated in international webinars on the subject.
COMPUTER SKILLS	In addition to creating and editing Word documents and spreadsheets, I have also worked with with multiple statistical and record keeping systems.
I can quickly learn to use any computer program.
LANGUAGES	In autumn 2022, I successfully passed my professional English language exam.
In the last two years, as a student, I became involved in the work of the university clinics, where Hungarian and foreign students work together. My language skills were a great help, as I translated for my classmates on several occasions.
HELPFULNESS	I am aware of the financial and emotional burden a pets illness can put on the owner, so I will do everything I can to find a solution. I like to break down each problem into smaller components and look at the situation from different angles.
I am seen as a dutiful, meticulous person who performs the tasks conscientiously.
OPENNESS	I am interested in alternative and complementary medicine: I completed classes on herbs and fungi at the University and I apply the knowledge I have learnt here in my everyday life.
I like to expand my knowledge in this field as well, having completed an informational course on the food therapy aspects of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine.
